Founder
With over 10 years of hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Senait brings deep knowledge and compassion to senior care placement. She has worked in memory care, assisted living, rehabilitation, hospice, and adult foster home settings, giving her a strong understanding of each level of care.
As a former Administrative Resident Manager in an adult foster home, she understands both the clinical and operational side of senior care—allowing her to carefully match seniors with safe, comfortable, and high-quality living environments that meet their unique needs.
Senait is dedicated to guiding families through the placement process with honesty, care, and personalized support—making a difficult transition smoother and more reassuring.
